Construction on the first building will be completed in late September 2012, followed by two more buildings in November.
Because this is a Section 42 tax credit project, residents whose income falls below 60% of the median income of Waukesha County may qualify for lower rent prices. There will be a total of 15 apartments that have no income restrictions.
